get a f22b1 head, but with sohc vtec engines you can't feel or hear anything when the engine is in vtec. if you want to feel more power and sound then you need a dohc vtec motor, such as the h22a4. it would be hard to make your soch motor into a dohc vtec motor, it would be cheaper just to swap motors.

but if you don't have the money for the h22, you could get the f22b1 head and a p06 ecu. i'm sure that would be a nice setup, that way you can adjust vtec points and stuff like that

Dont do the head swap your better off buying the f22b1 instead. But as mentioned you aint gonna feel vtec. If you want some fun get you an h22 if not just boost the damn F.

skip the head swap, just work your head out nice and good , then just boost the motor, youll be glad you did!

no no no. listen. if u going to do sumthing u could afford to buy in a week. ur not upgrading urself. if it takes u a MONTH to get the money for h22a then ur upgrading urself making urself better. for example.. a decent job i cant even afford a h22a in 2 weeks. i would have trouble saving t make it but i woulda got it in a month and a half. but the job i got now let me work overtime. i could get the engine in 2 weeks. which is wut i'm doing now =)
