Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    90 accord with 97 h22a help

    Hello everyone
    The swap went good until it was all done and here are some problems we are having the CEL is on and NO VTEC.The code that came up was for the air intake temp sensor and i got a new one and put in on, the CEL is still on. Also anyone else have problems like this when they put a 97 jdm h22a in a 90 accord or what ever. if you can help me i will be so happy thanks.

    for your code after installing it did you reset the ecu by pulling the 7.5 amp back up fuse?

      if u got a cel....ur vtec will not kick.....like they say, did u reset the ecu??? did u damage the wire for the plug while u put it in....what computer did u use??? a little more info about what parts u use....maybe some can help then

        isnt 97 obd2? our cars are obd1 wouldnt that be an issue as well?

            ok i just tryed the 7.5 amp fuse thing and the light came right back on in like 2 sec. i have the option to sell my car and get a civic SI if i cant figure this thing out.

                are u getting any signal from the ecu to the plug for the temp air sensor??? what ecu are you running??? did u mess withthe harness???
