ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Can someone tell me what this sound :P

sounds like the motor is running. It really doesnt sound different than normal, unless the sounds are really loud or something, but no idea from that video.

has it started to run differently from before or what? That ringing type of sound is the intake.

You may need a valve adjustment. Our cars/engines are a little bit loud.

If you're talking about the ticking then yes, valve adjustments. If you're talking about the growl when revving up, it's the crankcase building and releasing pressure. Other than that, it sounds normal.

Well I dont mean to scare you , BUT are u talkin about the whirring sound , cause to me sounds a little like there is no oil getting up to the top of the motor if anything , but it could be just the video source making that whirring sound other than that the tics and all that are normal and if i was you have somone adjust valves as well as make sure your getting oil circulation ,

            good luck

He only do that whirring sound when hot and if i push the gas pedal just a bit (to rev the engine at like 1000 rpm) the engine dosen't make that sound.

That weird whining sound is not your intake. It's the tension on your timing belt. Mine is doing the exact same thing, and it's happened to me before. I had one guy do my t-belt and it was really loud like yours. Took it to the Honda place, and they said that it was amazing that the thing hadn't snapped yet it was so tight. Mine's doing the exact same thing, and I know for sure that it's your timing belt. It's supposedly easy to fix though, I just haven't gotten around to it. Do a search, and you should pull up a thread from not too long ago where I asked how to do this.

                          Hope I helped.
