ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    F22b1 swap

I searched for the scattered info but came up frustrated.I wanna swap a F22b1 into my 90 Ex coupe and am tryin to figure out what I need to change to accomedate that motor.Only mods are intake and axleback exhaust.Besides what i need to change, I was also wondering what the best ECU for my situation would be.I plan on possibly goin turbo or heavy mods in the future, but whats good for now?.thx.later

haha, i know, sohc vtec if im correct....you will need to change out the exhaust header, the f22a will not fit it because of the different hole, and bolt pattern on the f22b, other than that, its a pretty much bolt in, and ecu u will wanna run 94-95 sohc vtec accord ecu, i believe 96-97 are obd2 and thus the plugs are different!!! unless u runs somthing that is chiped!

go there. You can run a chipped p28 or a POA which is what comes with it.

haha, thats all cool, but the swap should be just like taking the old one out and puttin it back in, with the exception of the header, and ecus, you will need to wire up vtec.....hehe..... other than that, it should be a nice joy ride......in the processe of dohc head swap on my f22a1.....should be fun, but hard to find the dohc head, either f22b dohc, or h23 dohc!

Get a p28 with a b1 basemap. That should set you straight. There are plenty of people on ehre that can help you with that man gl with it.
