ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Rear Disks?

I Just Got My 92 Wagon And It Needed Some Better Tires On The Back. We Just So Happened To Still Have My Friends Old Stockies So I Decided To Put Those On It. While Breaking Lose The Luggs On The Rear Driverside I Fond One Was Crossthreaded And They Had Benn Put On With A Impact. So I Ended Up Breaking The Stud Loose. It Gets Better My Dad Tells Me To Drive Around To The Other Drive And Wheeel Try The Passenger Side With Our Electric Impact And He Breaks One. You Needed To Here What Happend To Understand My Frustration. I Wanted To Get Them Fixed Bu It Will Probly Cost About $80. I Eventually Wanted Discs In The Rear And Was Wondering If There Will Be Any Thing Dameged If I Just Wait A Month Or So Till I Get My Discs And If Any Body Has A Good Link To A Walk Through Of The Conversion.

Not sure as to what you're really asking. Id recommend NOT capitalizing the first letter of every word. Riding with 3 good lugs isnt all that safe. Check out the DIY section for hooking up the ride with rear discs.

    ...adjust accordingly

Riding with 3 lugs is alright ive done it. just dont be taking turns very fast or driving fast forr that matter. I would recommend gettin it fixed. But if you want a rear disk upgrade theres plenty of info in the diy section as mentioned.

The wheel isn't going to fall off under normal driving, so you're fine. But if it were me, that would be in the front of my mind on things to do... Honda used 4 for a reason!

I don't think I would drive it that much with a missing lug stud man..If it was a five bolt pattern I'd say go for it but with only four lugs to beginwith. losing one weakens the wheel by 25% no what I meen.

I know sometimes you don't have a choice so just be carefull.

No need to scoff at other people's good advice. They are thinking of your safety.

If you do the math, you lost 1/4 of the holding power on 1/2 of all the wheels on your car.

on my car with rear disk the studs can be hammered out and new ones can be pushed back in through the back. after that all i did was tourqe the nut on down and that brought the stud into position. easy as hell to fix, not worth the risk of not doing it.
