ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    HM-ITBs

Anyone running homemade individual throttle bodies? I know there's a guy doing one on here, but for a H23. I was planning to run some on my JDM D15B VTEC, but since that car is no more, i had to scrap the plan(I still have the GSXR1000 ITBs). Now, I'm thinking about building a set for my Accord.

I'm interested in how well the F22A will respond to an ITB setup, and how big do you guys think I should go(the GSXR1000s are 42mm, but the largest I can find are RC51 ones thatll require a little more work but are 48mm)?

For those wondering, management is no problem, I have a P28 ECU that I socketed and also have Ostrich and Crome(ITB Tools). I do have one question though, how do you get the P28 to work with a non-VTEC engine(pretty much disabling VTEC, etc)?

    just disable vtec on crome.

no one yet has done an itb setup on an f22 or h23. the guy you're thinking of is 2point6.

you're pretty much on your own on this. althought, a member here, wed3k has been looking into itb's on an h23 for a while now. but i think his project got put on hold for a while.

i have a feeling you're from hmt.com. whats your name on there?

      I'm a member on there(Kven), but I don't post on that board; I'm mainly on hondaswap.com, k20a.org(not anymore though), sohchonda and d-series.org.

I love the sound of ITB's. But I'm too scared the Cops might pop the hood and send me to the ref when they see the ITB setup.

Just a 50 state legal sticker from an aem intake and slap on one of the velocity stacks and you should be good to go.

I'm lokking into an Itb setup for an f22 myself...Abaz on HMT has a great easy to follow writeup on it in the hybrid section of homemadeturbo..It's all the same man just do the tps like he does and use the stock itb injector holes for vacuum sources.

On my D15B, i kept the stock GSXR tps in there; Crome ITB tools allows you to set the tps range voltage
