ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Be prepared to break parts doing it. I broke my axle installing my suspension.
also add:
*Ball Joints & Connecting Rods - $300 - OEM Honda Part Prefered
You should replace all old suspension pieces to avoid them failing under the increased shock loads.
*Sway Bars - $300 - Suspension Techniques or Intrax
A lot of people ignore to tighten up the car's swaying motion when dropping a car. Not upgrading the sway bars when upgrading the springs and shocks usually leads to an imbalance between the fore/aft movement and the side-to-side motion of the car; thus making the handling not as predictable.DEVOTE

You can do it yourself easily enough, as long as you have the tools. You can do it CHEAP with crap parts, but don't expect good results. Get quality springs, new struts (people will say you can drop on stock... I say it's a bad idea... do what you want there), and a camber kit (again, people say it's not needed. I have tires in my basement that say otherwise... do as you will...)
The springs will cost you $100-$150 in most cases. Some are $200. Struts can be had for $200 all around for low-end, but decent...
A camber kit can be bought for the front (which is most important) for about $50-$75. You can get better ones for more, but as long as you don't abuse the cheao ones, they'll work just fine.
Then you're looking at an alignment. You NEED to get an alignment after you lower your car. $65 is what I pay. You'd be wise to go to Firestone and pay for their lifetime alignment service... like $200, but you'll NEVER pay again!
So, in all... to do it right, you're looking at $400-$500. To halfass it, you can do it for under $100... but new tires aren't cheap, and a crappy ride is no fun.
