Passager side highbeam not working...

I've had this problem for quite some time now,

Like the title says, im having a bad time with my highbeam, I purchased a new one (bulb) and it"s not working either, checked the fuse and was ok...

Is it like the wiring? cause going through all that spaggetti is a pain in the butt, could It be comming from somewhere else? also my rear defroster is dead....

Check all fuses, inside and out.

How do you unmount the fuse box?

go to any automotive store and buy one of those $5 test lights (looks like a screwdriver) and see if the bulb harness or even the wire is getting any power when its turned on

ok update...

I did exactly what T3aM 83rD suggested, and it turns out the wire is giving off power, I tested it and when the motor is turned on, the high beam is getting power, however the light does not turn on, and when I want to engage the highbeam, the power (that goes to the high beam) turns off

Could this be the relay ?

ok update...

The wire gets power only when switched on at the highbeam switch. So maybe the ground side of the circuit is faulty.

how do you fix the ground? because I know that there is power going to the high beam, but when Its engaged it turns off
