i know jack about cars, but i wanna learn all i can about my 90 accord lx and i plan on pouring a few grand into it in the coming months. but my only problem is what should i do first? the car works great and everything works like a charm. i just wanna make it clean if you know what i mean. where do i start?

what are you trying to do to car, make it drag fast, track fast or just make it look sexY?and if you wana learn check the haynes manual

well what i did was took my stuk cb7 lower 1.5 inch, black hood from junk yard, diy grill in this site, diy black housed headlights, and some carbon m3 mirrors and some carbon rear lights and back steelies, looks preety good and it was CHEAP as hell. lol

front lip, red/clears, CF hood, rims, drop/shocks, intake/header/exhaust.
that will cover most looks and some performance too. and dont forget the stereo system.

then decide your DM preference...J-DM or US-DM..if you go jdm, get yourself some amber corners, sidemarkers, or even some 1pc headlights...if your wanting chill, just get some chrome 18's, nice tires, drop it a bit, and get a nice paintjob.

chrome 18's?? or some nice racing style rims...most people don't put chrome rims on cb's. they just dont look right.
one exception. airrideaccord. those look great with his bagged accord.

the easiest way to start off is lower the car, grab some rims, tint, sound system and ur off on a good start.
then quick "go fast" mods would be the typical intake and exhaust.
Everything else will fall into place...

Hey man! I was just like you i didnt know where to start and didnt know much about cars also. I spent hours looking in the members thread to get ideas.If you want to build a super clean car i say jdm but not every person will agree.Good luck!
