ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Lightweight pulleys & high-compression pistons

Does anyone know where to get a stock-diameter lightweight
crank pulley or a smaller diameter alt. pulley?
I swapped mine into a underdrive one but had charging problem...

And my friend told me that pistons for some Honda 2.2l engines
can be used on the F22A6 without modification, is that true?
I can't find specific pistons for my 92 EX...

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated!

Ahhh you're in Taiwan? It might be tough to get parts for you. There are a lot of American vendors who have the parts you need though. The pulleys are available basically anywhere...for pistons try www.raceeng.com, give them a call. You can get 11:1 pistons for about $500 USD...

I have friends in the U.S. and they can help me to get what I want.
Besides, I'm a buyer in ebay so the shipping may not be an issue.
The problem is that I've checked many resources but just can't find
an Unorthdox stock diameter crank pulley.

B&E Customs in ebay said they can have CP custom make the pistons
I want for $550 but I'm afraid that they won't fit when coming...
Will ask my friend to see the price range here in local market.

      Thanks for the inputs, gloryaccordy

Damn im in Taiwan too temporarily. Taiwan inspection is basically up to par with California over here. Unorthodox racing keeps all there pulleys the same size if I remember and just make them out of a lighter material. The parts should be attainable but is gonna cost quite a bit. Since you have buddies in the US shouldnt be a prob. Been to some tuner shops in Taichung really not much there. Id buy the Sparcos I saw which were hella cheap than what the US people are selling.

          You've been to Taichung!
I have all of my cb7's works done in my friend's shop in Taichung.

I've visited Unorthodox's website and they have both stock-diameter lightweight crank pulley and smaller diameter alt. pulley advertised
but I just can't find any in ebay...

Some parts are cheaper and easiler to get here because Taiwan
is closer to Japan than the US, I think.

Yessir they are. Yes im in Taichung for like 5 more days before i go up to Taipei to visit my mothers side of the family then to japan and back to the US. All of the stuff at the shops look aesthetic to me not much performance wise. Although I have seen some nice Hb's especially the EK or K8 bodystyle which is popular. Too many lancers though (not evos) and they are slow but yea nice to see another person over here. You live over here or somethin or did you move? Speak pretty good english.

              You're overcomplimenting me, NAiL05.
I've never been to the US(Hope one day will have the chance to.)
and have no chance to speak English in my daily life.
Visiting forums and websites helps me
to recall what I've learnt from school.

Many lancers are evo look here but sometimes
you can see the real RHS Evo in the south.

H22As are easy to get here but too bad that
swapping engines is illegal under the law.

Yep but there is a way. IF you can get a buddy to bring over an h22a powered accord and bring it in you will be allowed to drive it or any swapped vehicles but then it costs around 3000USD to ship the car over. That is what I have heard. Yea the lancers love that evo look. Dunno why. Then I have seen in some mags turbo lancers that run slow!!! I dunno if its the altitude thats affecting it or the drivers just drive shitty. Same goes for the turbo D series in the HB.

Never comes up to mind that under your hood is a H22A
                  just by looking it's appearance.

                  $3000 for shipping?
I almost can get a legal H22A cd7 right here...
If there were not engine number on my vehicle license,
swapping engines wouldn't have been a problem.

My ride also runs slowly now...
After I paid a ticket for runing above 220km/h.
