Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    this sucks

    i just got my tune up 3 weeks ago and the car was running good.Today I noticed some clicking noise when the car runs and she over heats like a mofo even at idle so I look under her skirt to find out she pissed all the oil out and it came from the oil tank so im like wtf. Im waiting for my bro to come and use his jack to lift her up and look any help would be great

      They probably stripped the oil pan plug by overtightening it, or if they were dumb and jacked the car up by the oil pan and cracked it. (its only aluminum)

          you might need a new oil pan gasket or oil pan but good luck! hope all goes well.

            65- 100 bucks depending on where you look online. cheaper from a junkyard 10-20 bucks.

                      double check what it is first take pictures dry off whats wet support the car on some stands leave it in park and then let it run to see wxactly where the leak is coming from.

                          What did they do for the tune up. Running out of oil doesnt really cause overheating but its a bad thing...Pressure test your system... You sure you didnt hit anything...

                            just looked under it and found out it wasnot oil but antifreze and the engine bay smeld like gas i think i need a new pump and belts but the weird thing is theres no oil and she overheated like a hoe and after I put a bottle of pensoil she whent back to normal (besides the other crap)

                              did you have a shop do this work to your car? if so, they are liable for the "repairs". and i would not let them do the repair. do it your self if possibe, and pocket the rest. chaulk it up to Labor Charges.
