What do you people think about a td07 turbo?

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

Is a Td07 to big for our motors, would it have lots of lag??

a good rule of thumb is to use a turbo that came from an engine of similar displacement to the engine you intend to turbo. Using a turbo from an engine bigger than your engine. For example sticking a turbo meant for a Surpa on an F22 is a bad idea, lots of lag. So I guess it all depends on the size of the engine the turbo is meant for. I'm not terriblt familiar with the TD07 unfortunately so sorry maybe someone else can help.1992 Honda Accord DX

if you really want to know what size turbo to use, you need to do the compressor map calculations. luckily they have already been done for the F22, and the better turbos include the t3/t4 57+ trim, t3 super 60, and even the big 16g is a good choice. This of course is a "general" calculation. things differ according to your engine, and goals. (i.e you might want to go smaller for AutoX, where you might want bigger for drag)
as far as the turbo you are refering too, you would have to do the calculations to really see how efficient it will be, and where it will make its power
