ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

can any one help me with this seriously!

okae i raced a couple of integra's mainly the DA(90-93) right now my car is stock f22a1 motor with just a short ram intake and a straight pipe exhaust!i would allwaies get them in the bottom end!but my 3rd gear is weak or should i say i got a really sad topend and that's when the integra comes in!i mean i did my research on comparing horse power!but yo! we have more tourqe than they do and they have more horespower than we do! so i guess we got a better bottom end and they got a better topend!but not to shure!!has any one raced in integra?i wanna know how to increase our topend! seriously!thanx for the help!

Well for one are you auto or manual? I did a quick sprint with a DA integra and decimated him. I have the F22A6 though.

Anyways if you want better top end, the most basic thing to do next would be to get an F22A6 intake manifold, cam, and ECU, and if possible an H23 intake manifold plenum. These shouldn't be too hard to find at a respectable junkyard. From there get an OBX or Megan Racing header and you should be good to go.

you do have to factor in that they are a little bit lighter than you and the there power to
weight ratio is greater than us. all of those integra have the same motors all about 130-140 hp

      hope this helps

Ok, for one chill out w/the !!!!!!'s...no offense, just saying.

And as far as the Integra, we went from a dig and by the top of 2nd I was ahead by a few car lengths. Mind you, this is with a fully loaded EX with an 80-100# stereo system. Here's teh story. If I was lighter I could definitely take more cars, as the F has pep. I think I'm gonna ditch my stereo and A/C this weekend.

will the car perform exactly like an f22a6 (or better) after all this? or it still falls short in some way?

h22 intake or h22 intake manifold, the manifold has more a a flow rather than the stock f22, more flow, more go plain and simple

H22 Manifold wont fit as I recall. The h23 fits. Only the H22A Upper plenum fits on the h23 or soemthing like that since there the same? The only difference in intakes is that the h22a diameter is a bit bigger. If your using the a1 with bolt ons i dont recommend it. Just stick with the stock 2.5" piping or whatever.

I remembered reading a thread talking about the F22's are just not capable of having top end power since you cant get enough air to supply high RPMs. So is this caused manily by the intake manifold or the intake valves itself? Cus if its just the manifold, then an H23 manifold or sumthin would fix the problem.
