ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Welcome to the board.

I have no idea if those will fit. Why arn't you in a Jeep/SUV forum? How many lug? What Size? Not all rims are the same, we can't just answer out our asses

To answer your question, no. I don't think you can fit ANY kind of 18 on your Jeep. You would have to do some sizing/testing. It's hard to say.

as long as the backspacing and bolt pattern is correct, I don't see why not. I think most wheels for jeeps are over-engineered to cope with of road abuse. So if you get these 18's, they should work but I wouldn't go tackle the Rubicon trail with them or anything. You also need to check the weight rating on the wheels. I'm sure you could make 18's fit on anything but if they were designed for a sport compact and you slap them on a Ford F350, you could have some major problems. Also bear in mind that wheels can be re-drilled to fit for you, but at a cost.

For the love of god...18's will fit on a jeep! Think about the mud grips those things can handle. And again..for the love of GOD...DONT put tuner wheels on your jeep.

                      is this you?!?

jk, yea 18's would fit. i've seen 20's on a jeep just like yours. i'll leave it up to you to decide if it looks good or not. whether it will rub or not, you need to put the wheels on and find out for yourself.

Try a mitsubishi montero most prone to tip over. And yes 18s will fit. If you can put 18s on a honda you can put one on a jeep. Heres a pic of the srt8 its somwhat close to the jeep grand cherokee just newer =D.

they actually do somewhat "suck", just because they are very top heavy and the engines are known for their problems. In the jeep grand cherokees, i've seen 5 different jeeps in at Midas at 100k miles for engine/tranny mounts going bad. Generally, speaking their not the best vehicles, although i am still looking at the grand cherokee and the commander.

18's will fit, and so will 20's, i've seen them on jeeps before, and as stated above the srt-4 has some pretty nice/big rims on it.

Jeeps are great .. You can certainly fit 18s. I personally wouldn't go wider than 8" though; you'd need some pretty wide tires to make 9" wheels look right. Not to mention, you'd need a pretty big fender gap to keep the tires from rubbing. So, just throw some 18x8s on there. You need a 5x4.5" lug pattern (or 5x114.3 for those metric fans), and a 3.5"-4" backspacing would probably be best (4" is best for your suspension life, but closer to 3.5" is going to look better, so maybe a 3.75"). Also, that's the same lug pattern as a Ford Ranger, so keep that in mind if you're gonna search eBay (there's way more options for a Ranger).
