ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    power problems

Heres my problem I put a F22B1 in my car got the oil problem fixed now here is the new problem. It runs ok but I live on a hill and I have to stop at the start of my driveway and as I am coming up it I have NO power its like it dont want to crimb the hill. I can press the gas to the floor and still nothing.

It also idles funny when I stop at a red light or stop sign it jumps up and down intil I get into second gear. No CELs.

could be a cracked plug or plugs (if the ceramic insulation cracks, they won't allow it to fire correctly) or a bad wire

      checked your compression?

could have a sticking valve, although it's a lot more rare than people realize

101% sure your timing is correct?
VERY easy to get your timing off
....and on the 7th day, deevergote rested and called his mom.

I'd check compression for loss of power,or all the other shit like a tuneup, injecters,EGR valve and maybe even something dum like ur coil or IM. For ur Idle, check ur IAC, TPS, EVAP, or look for vacum leeks

I'm second on the adjustment of throttle cable...that is one important issue right there....make sure you adjust it correctly as how it suppose to be with the spec.

Ok I got the throotle problem fixed I think but the power problem is still there. I came not stop at the end of my driveway and still make it up it. I have to hit it at a running start. What could that be? Do I need to move my dizzy alittle to get the ignition timing right? Or do you think it is something else? Any info would be great.
