All right, so this is probably a simple problem, but being new to automotives, I thought I'd ask here:
At the moment, to drive straight, my steering wheel needs to be turned ~30degrees CCW from its center position.
The vehicle (93 EXR) was in an accident last fall and that had apparently necessitated complete replacement of the Passenger Front quarter-panel, suspension, control arm and wheel.
I however have my doubts about the mechanic who did the repairs... Investigating the CEL that the mechanic had said "not to worry about" revealed that the vehicle's O2 sensor was not in fact broken, but left unplugged...
So I wonder if the guy has been cutting corners... It strikes me that when a vehicle is repaired on someone else's insurance, the mechanic should return to the car to the same condition it was in pre-accident... But apparently the fact that this didn't happen didn't perturb the previous owner -.-
Thanks for the help!
[Edit]
Being the clever person I am I've forgotten to mention:
Wheel alignment was evidently done after the accident.
Tires have been swapped and rotated in the time since with no change.
