ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Whats this worth??

I am wondering what a H22A1 motor with all the accessories(alt./dizzy/manifold/header/ps pump/etc...) would be worth. It needs to be built, I just need to know what I should give for something like this.

I paid $2400 shipped ($200 shipping) for all that plus axles, mounts, shifter cables, and a transmission. No transmission included, I'd say $1500 or so. It's hard to sell a motor as a private seller for anywhere near what the importers charge.

Even though it needs to be built? I know that I paid about $2500 shipped for my H22A when I got it for my Wagon and that was motor tranny ECU harness. Man go check out this site: http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/
Steve is awesome!! 3rd page in JDM/USDM engines is the H22A

Where do you think I got mine from? I just wish Steve sent me my paperwork... If I ever get pulled over and my motor questioned, I can't prove it's legal!

What do you mean by "needs to be built"? Are you buying the motor? I would say perhaps maybe $1000 if it's in good shape, but needs to be assembled (I'm picturing a motor in pieces)...

Steve's a good guy! Well, the motor kept breaking the crank puley off, so, I know it needs a new crank and it was full of water from sitting outside. It's in one piece!! LOL

It has nothing to do with hmotorsonline.com. Those engines are ALWAYS top notch.

Well then, soon as I get the damn title straightened out I should get that full swap; with all the stuff mentioned I should not need anything but the pedals to make my CB7 5spd, correct?
