ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Thoughts on Megan Racing header for h22a...

i have my car in the shop getting a JDM h22a swaped into it (i dont want to mess around with doing it myself even though my friend has everything needed and the knowlage of swaping 10+ motors) and the engine came with out the down pipe from the exhaust manifold. the owner of the shop, who has a very extensive knowlage of honda and proformance, said he's heard good things from megan racing and i told him to go ahead n order the header from them if he thinks its a good deal and wont crack or have any problems... well i want feed back from you all on what you think about them (good and bad).

I personally haven't used/tried one yet, but there's several guys on here that have them. I'm sure they'll post up with their experiences of it.

i hope so. i've heard some flakey things about them and i beleive it because of the price.. it makes me a little nervous. i just want to know what you all think because the people i heard from all had different engines from me. (b18c, zc, LSvtec) and i think one or two of them had the ceramic and one or two has the stainless steel.

      thanks for the input though

i have a full exhaust from MR for my a6 and dont have a problem with them. My coilovers are also MR and they have been on my car for about 2 years. Not a problem. They make awsome parts for cheap that i think are just as good as some of the big names. Every company is going to have good and bad things said about them, just going to happen. But if the good out weighs the bad then thats what you have to take in consideration. But to answer your question my experiences have been good with MR.

I remember reading a lot of good things about the Megan Racing header on Honda-Tech, but I personally haven't used it.

I'm getting one soon... PrimoCB7 has one now (I'm getting his )

It's not the best design, but it's not horrible. I'd certainly take it over some no-name ebay header.

I think the Accord type R repped a 5 lug bolt pattern.
