ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Found a H23 Prelude

I found a prelude H23a1 in a junkyard. My direct question is can I use anything from this motor at all? I know guys are swapping but they keep saying F22Ax and not f22a1. I rather be specfic.

You can search every post but no one says exactly if its a1 or so forth.

get the enitre head setup off of it, it will fit right on ur motor. look for wikked/teckerts h23 head swap DIY to see what u need all together.

another thing u can use is the intake manifold and i think the header too if i remember correctly

f22ax is just a designation that people give all f22a series motors...if it will fit the a1, then it will fit the a4 and the a6 as well...thats all the f22ax is for...just like algebra, its a variable..

Grab the tranny and the head if nothing else. If you can steal the whole engine do that. Don't let this one get away. And if it's in a junkyard, offer them next to nothing. Cash talks bullshit walks

If anyone is interested in the parts and live within NJ. I can take ya to the place because I work threw Pick and Pull. I do tows for charity(Real Charities) for all of New Jersey. With 200 cars or more I finally took a walk around and found the entire prelude except for the air box missing,Wheels and some other cosmo parts. Clock had 200 plus k on the dash. I will take pictures this coming Monday. We have quite a few A6 but only 2 A1 and some B motore couldnt see the rust took to it too much but it is a b motor.

A fake charity are the ones you see like on craiglist or what some junkyards tell people in NJ that they can give them a 500 voucher for your car. That you can use when you file your taxes. I deal directly with Activated Ministries,Red Cross,Hertiage 4 the blind and etc. I am Real those vouchers are fake. I am faxed your information and I set up a appointment with you for me to come by to remove your car for donation. I do about 30 to 40 cars a week. My co worker and myself pretty much cover the entire state of NJ. I have a exclusive contract with NJ charities that my partner and I are the only ones picking up the vehicles directly from customers and not via other salvage yards.

And yes I still drink beer every single time I touch the keyboard because some info on forums are just to funny to laugh at unless I am drinking.

Get the intake and head, all you need. You can rig vacuum lines and keep up with the best of them. I'm cereal!
