I plan on installing a 70mm throttle body on my CB in a few days, since the Tb doesn't come with the tps I have to get another one.
A few years back I had a 1999 civic (automatic) and I had to calibrate the tps because you could only start the car in Drive (either that or the shift lever wouldn't show the car was in Park, I don't remember which of the two but the tps was the culprit). It was a pain in the butt to get it to read 0.5 volts on the closed position and 4.5 in the open position.
My question is, do I still have to calibrate the tps in my new throttle body even though my car is M/T?
