I just got a h22a4 for my 1990 lx and wanted to make sure that I got my information correct for the swap, since its a little different then a conventional h22a swap because of the obd2 and the information for this swap is not necessarily all in the same place.
I have the harness for this motor but from what I understand I am to modify my factory harness.
I'll need to use this jumper harness to gain functionality of these specific things
http://www.rywire.com/product-p/sub-...subharness.htm
I'll need to use the upper plenum of an obd1 h22a as well as the injectors and maintain the resistor box
ecu obviously
Distributor is where I'm confused...since mine is a 1990 and it's internal coil I need to swap to a jdm h22 dizzy and change the wiring?? Or I switch something around with my current dizzy?? Idk not too clear on this. I swear there was a thread on this either here or h-t but I can't find it.
Here are the main sources of my information, of course theres the main h22a swap thread and then this thread on h-t http://honda-tech.com/honda-accord-1...-info-2931158/
This is the first time I've ever done anything like this, pulling a motor, swapping etc...so I want to make sure that everything is in order before attempting such a huge(to me atleast) project.
