Went to change my dizzy cap, and noticed there is oil leaking from the cap and some in the cap. There isn't a whole lot, but enough to cause concern. Has anybody else had this problem? Never have had this problem with any car before. Thanks in advance...

It was just tuned up about two months ago. I'm going the external coil route. Eventually going full MSD ignition. I've read mixed reviews about the MSD Pro Cap on here, but I got a buddy that has one on a Civic and he's never had any problems with his. Getting a new fuel rail and injectors soon, and figured this would be better. Was thinking my coil might be going bad also.Comment

because its the correct way to do it. &
makes it much easier to clean EVERYTHING inside the distributor housing.
which if full of oil like he stated above.
i assumed the whole inside of the distributor has oil
because that's what tends to happen.
why half ass the job when you can do it correctly the first time?
i recommended him to first remove the distributor itself because hes not a pro & when you are not a pro you'll tend to lose things. if he works on a surface like a table hes most likely to do everything correctly.
& yes i did click the link & if you look closely you'll see that even
he took off the distributor because that's the correct way to do it.
