ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Accord mounts for EVERY F or H engine you install.

F block and H head, built by someone else? Good luck with that.

I would strongly suggest that you not go through with this purchase. You obviously don't know anything about the issues with this type of hybrid build and going on his past posts, neither does browncali. Save your money, research at least something about what your goals are engine wise and go from there.

If the head has already been mated to the block then the oil passages have likely been welded or JB-Welded up already. The head is no good for an H22A block anymore. It will be okay for an 87mm F22A block but that means sleeving the block. It also means you've still got an engine with plugged oil drains. It's just a swap I don't understand. People see the heads for sale separately and think they've discovered an easy way to accomplish the same thing as an H22A for a lot cheaper. Do you know what the compression results are for F22A pistons that are -17cc(ish) and a head that's 53.8cc(F22AX head is 50.5cc)? I'll give you a hint. Not good.

I'd take a junkyard engine over one built by a guy that can't even assemble a coherent sentence... but that's just me.

I was trying to avoid that but yes, so would I.

I was good in my first reply... but I can't maintain a clear conscience leaving that unsaid. Plus, I remembered at least one terribly disrespectful interaction with said member. I owe him nothing.
