ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    before and after exhaust

hey I just want to hear your opinion on how my exhaust sounds now. I can take some constructive criticism but don't be rude about it. My exhaust set up is 4-2-1 header, to resonated test pipe, to 22 inch muffler/resonator (compared to the stock 8 inch), to a pypes muffler. I will have to say that I personally think it sounds a lot better under load and that helps get rid of the raspy sound on the new version.

well I'm a noob and can't embed the video so here is the link: http://youtu.be/VgNFE58XLJ4

Still sounds a bit raspy, but the tone is better.

What size piping....is it stock? is the converter still in place?

Agreed, sounds much better! Now replace that squealing belt, or check the tension!

Sounds better than how you had it before, not as raspy when your revving it .

Ahh I remember when I did my first exhaut setup, it sounded so much nicer, and u can feel the smoothness of the exhaust flowing thru the pipes. Sounds odd. But true. You can feel a difference.

its stock piping size the converter is gone but there is a resonated test pipe in its place, and the muffler/resonator is a magnaflow glass pack that is 22 inches long. hope that answered your questions

i couldnt agree more it just feels so much smoother. I couldnt stand how it sounded before I actually had the part that I just put in sitting around for a while but my friend was really busy with his track car, but it finally got done and i couldnt be more happy

The rasp is more than likely coming from the stock piping.

Sounds good! It does have a little rasp to it i guess but alot better than these Civics running around thats 110% rasp all the time.
