its a header..it flows..its raspy with that test pipe..for another 60 bucks you can get all that and a mid pipe with resonator and axle back fart cannon..use copper adhesive spray on all gaskets besides manifold to head gasket which should be replaced with a MLS one and sprayed.


oh and some sort of plate needs to be made to attach the flange on the down pipe to the back of the block

yeah, but this is with the silencer in. and brand new..
I been lazy and havnt done a video w/o. I dont run the silencer anymore,makes it sound like shit,more raspy..The raspyness has seemed to have gone away some over the weeks with use..It sounds damn good when your getting it..just in town I granny it, the hornets are released @ about 2400rpms, so I drive it easy to shift gears before then

too be honest, I wouldnt get anything with those crappy gaskets, if one breaks you cant really get a decent replacement. I would stay with something that uses O gaskets like the OEM ones.

For all the "ebay" exhaust systems, they tend to be alright (sans gasket issues, which supposedly can be address by using a subi gasket), its just the muffler at the end of the exhaust is craptastic. Find a nice oval muffler to replace it with, at the bare minimum a summit racing or jegs generic oval muffler is loads better then the "fart can".

well considering it does have a header and doesnt have a cat converter and the resonator is probably not really a resonator and the muffler is a straight thru design. its a decent buy. I think the 200bucks spent is "ok". If I didnt already have my F22a4 header I'd buy this. (and replace the cat resonator and muffler)

^^ the best advise so far. I hate those crappy e-bay headers I have had to replace the gasket on mine at least 6 times!!!! I would just get an A4 exhaust header and wrap it with the manifold cloth. the OEM A4 has the tubular design just like the aftermarket headers but the gaskets has some type if indentation on it that will not blow like those crappy gaskets from e-bay. Just my .02 cents.
