ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

It's so you can fit larger or wider or low offset rims/tires, otherwise they either hit or cut the tire.

You roll the inner fender so that it does not interfere with the wheel, mostly used on lowered cars I believe.

its so dope and so easy to do.. you could technically do it with a baseball bat. heat the paint up a little and put the bat in the tire and the fender. drive the car forward slow and it will roll them. be careful lol this can have disastrous outcomes. seen it done though!

Any body shop should have a fender roller.

Why would you roll your fenders just for the hell of it? Its not like you can even tell they are rolled unless you look up in the wheel well. There is absolutely no reason to do this unless you need clearance.

I thought that when you get a dent and you roll the fender out again. I was wrong.

Yeah, seems pretty useless if your car isn't that low. But personally I believe no Cb7 should be that low...

If you aren't careful, you can crack the paint, and then you'll get rusted fenders. The front fenders are easy enough to replace, but the rear fenders are welded to the body. NOT a cheap thing to replace if you can't weld and do bodywork yourself!

Don't roll your fenders unless you have to. I'm on 17x8 +45, and my stretched 215/45/17s leave me a few millimeters between my tires and fender. I don't need to do it now, but in the future when I go 17x9s, then it'll be a necessity. As of right now, it's not affecting anything in a negative way, so I don't worry about it.

In short, save your money for something useful/functional. As stated, many times you can't even tell unless someone has a very wide rim.
