ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

What axle to use with p2u5 tranny and f20b

Ok I have a f20b with a p2u5 tranny. I've been using the intermediate axle setup on the driver side. And have been having problems with severe vibrations when make a slight left. I believe it's the axle. But I don't know if I should go with the same two piece setup or the single long axle, seeing that the p2u5 came with the single axle.

I left out a little bit of info, the car was running fine for about 3 months, until I had to replace the clutch last week. I know I installed everything right, but I had a friend install the driver axle while I was working on something else. So I think he might have f up the axle, that's why I'm replacing it now.

You want to use the axles that came with the car or replacement versions of those axles. If after that you have issues then your buddy must have screwed something up, you have a bad axle, or you have an issue with engine mounts. Was the car originally an automatic?

My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

Every H or F series engine swapped into a CB uses 90-93 Accord axles. Nothing else. If you need a different axle, you did the swap incorrectly.

yeah i think he just broke the axle. because the idiot didn't put the lower ball joint back on. So when the car was lowered back down I notice the driver side tire had a serious lean. At that point i knew what he did. Im thinking that cause the upper joint that goes into the intermediate shaft to back out or break.

And no the car was a manual 92 ex 5spd before so the swap was pretty easy.
