ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

If says your from woodland how come u came to sac to smog, I'm right next to florin lol. But yeah like ferenza said. Have someone check your timing, maybe it's off a couple teeths and try cleaning the 4 holes that are on the intake manifold I think under the fuel rail. It might help. My friend had high numbers on the last 2 top n bottom boxes. He cleaned the 4 holes out n he passed.

HC are hydro carbons (unburnt fuel) so ull want to look at ur plugs, wires, cap and roter. ur O2 may also cause high HC due to it not modulating or slow modulating, back and forth between lean and rich telling ur ecu how much Gas to pump in the cylinder. Nox is caused by High cylinder temperature, to lower your Nox check that ur egr is working. put a vacuum to the EGR while the car is running .. it should start to stall or die out completely. if that works then trace the vacuum line to the control solenoid and test the solenoid. (most likely this is the problem.. i had ur same readings but i work with the state Ref. in modesto so i was able to diagnose the problem myself) if the solenoid works then i suggest using something like seafoam to get rid of the carbon buildup that stays hot)

it was something about needing a high output o2 or heated.im gonna try and look for it again and re-read it

for the holes on the manni u have to drill it urself and then use a vaccum to suck out the dirty stuff thats what my friend did and he sealed it with some kind of stuff that hardened up to a metal like compound just my 2 cents

ive cleaned egr ports before but never seen the welded type.i read u have to grind it down then drill them just like u would with the non welded ones
