ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

How does a thread about the F20B help with a question about the F22B? They're two VERY different engines.
This is one reason why I stick to engines that were sold in the US. When you need parts specific to the JDM models, you're kinda screwed!
I don't know if H23 valves would work, nor do I know how to find out short of comparing them side by side.
It might be easier to attempt to contact a Honda dealer in Japan and see if you can order some. Shipping shouldn't be TOO bad, seeing as they're quite light.

You also contradicted yourself when you said "not so expensive" and "good performance valves"; if you want the good stuff, you gotta pay.
Race Engineering has valves for $224
Supertech has valves for $285'94 JDM H22A: 178whp 146wtq

I know because ive dealt with them on my setup. Hope it helps
bigbozz24, performance valves aren't going to do much for you if you're not doing a serious build. Either way, the only thing you can really do is get valves with no dome to slightly increase compression. You'll see far more performance out of a good valve job (and even that will be fairly minimal, but an integral part of good headwork.)
Supertech has a very good reputation for quality. If you want to get something other than stock, and H23 valves will indeed work, then that's what I would go with.

Your part numbers you guys seem to use are different from the japanese numbers we use. (From every case I've seen on here anyway)
Simple example.
Anyone care to post the US numbers for these parts?
Our oil filter part number is - 15400-RAF-T01
And our sump plug number is - 94109-14000
Edit, Just checked:
Valves for 92 H23 Prelude
Intake - 14711-PT2-000
Exhaust - 14721-PT2-000Last edited by evil_demon_01; 03-05-2012, 10:05 PM.

The reason I'm asking about my valves is cuz in cold start they tap like crazy but then quiets down. So I adjusted them according to the #s that I got from here but they still tap like crazy.so on cold start my motor sounds like crap so I was told to adjust them tighter or to check the valve components to see any worn in them due to be driven with loose valves for a while so I'm just trying to figure out what to do cuz I'm tired of dumping $$.trying to lower the roughness on cold start!!
