Apexi WS2 Universal Muffler

Is this worth getting ? Its off of a 06+ civic, been used for 3 months and the seller is selling it for $250 obo I was thinking of cutting the hangers and custom fitting it to my cb. Will it work ? Thanks in advance.

Depends. I know that exhaust is really quiet compared to other brands.

Worth it, but not for $250. Ive seen/bought entire CB specific catback for that price. Its not universal if its off an 06+ Civic.

My bad i accidentely wrote "universal" in there. The price is obo so what i am wondering is how much i should pay for it and will it work with a custom fit since the piping inlet is on the left hand side ?

Yeah it could work, but probably won't fit or look like you want it. If it was to work I'm thinking the muffler would be far to the right possibly rubbing or touching the rear bumper so might have to modify that or turn the muffler upside down so the inlet is on the right side not the left. I wouldn't get it, but if you want it, then get it.

Honestly, save your money. Get yourself an actual universal on that would fit better, which would actually cost cheaper than getting that one, and modifying it to fit.

Offer him 100. See how he feels about that. Even a decent exhaust shop should be able to get this muffler hanging correct, to give you the look you want.

its smaller than the cb7 w2.

but it will work.

with some fabrication add to it.

fix hangers and cut the axle back pipe

and weld cb7 axle back pipe.

i have a friend who has a ek w2 on his 95cd.

i noticed the size difference of the w2 for civics...smaller

my friend cut his off brand exhaust saved the axle back pipe and

welded on the civic w2. cut off the w2 hangers and bought a

universal muffler hanger type deal from oreilys.
