Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Automatic CB7 Downshifts ????

    sometimes when im coming to a stop ,, i let go of the gas and press on the brake a the car pushes a little still and the RPMs go up and down like i was downshifting ,,, any ideas os is this normal ,, but its only sometimes

    Yah I'm pretty sure mine does that. ill be in 4th and ill drop it into 3rd when slow people in front of me can't turn right or keep breaking and I dont want to keep hitting my brakes like they do.

      same things happens to me but i didnt really notice it before ,, maybe its getting old

        Getting old? It is old. But I think its supposed to do it. as long as it isnt jerking its fine.

        Btw on my way home I got up to speed and applied my brakes I didnt down shift until it got to 1k rpms. jumped up a bit then back down. Where does yours do it?

          Sounds like you have an idle issue or a sticking throttle.

            yeah mine does the same ,, and actually on christmas my throttle got stuck and almost killed me but i managed to pull the key out and it shut off ,, i dont know why it got stuck but it was a little loose ,, too much play so i adjusted it ,, you think this is why its doing it ,, and if it is ,, how can i fix this ,, sometimes i think it will get stuck again
