ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    92 wagon H22a AC issues

First of all I am new to the CB world , but not new to Hondas I have owned many. just bought a 92 Wagon with a JDM h22 swap. AC was working perfect but the Hose which I believe is the discharge line right by the power steering pump looks like a U shaped hose, started leaking I could see the freon on it. I went to go buy one, for a 92 accord and it was the wrong hose it fit on the panel in the front bolted right up but did not bolt up to the compressor, we looked for a 94 accord one and that was wrong as well. im not even sure what else to look for all I know is I need to have it fixed ASAP Miami weather is brutal and no AC is bad for business. any help would be appreciated. Thank you

here is my Hose, notice the mounting hole where the nut gets screwed on to the compressor is on the top. when I ordered the 92 accord hose the mounting hole for the nut was on the bottom part. the other part where it gets mounted to the condensor mounts up perfect

Did you try looking at the prelude hose? It's partially dependant on what AC compressor was used for the swap.

You could always have a fitting custom made .. I had to do that once on another car.
Not as "inexpensive" .. however, very nice in stainless steel ..

              90-92 compressors are the same

93 seems to have switched compressors

After looking up part numbers it seems only 1993 EX/SE's came with a different compressor. I wonder why

Are you sure the hose was leaking freon and not just water condensation on it?

The low pressure hose will actually get cold enough to have water condensation on it although its right in front of the exhaust manifold.

positive, its green and leaking not on the rubber part but on the aluminum... I did not try a 93 Hose I might try to order that one and see if its mine....
