ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Other than the fact your front wheels look crazy as hell and don't match up at all with your rears. Other than correcting camber these kits also make your car more appealing to the eye by setting the camber more closely (if not exact) to the rear wheels so your car doesn't look stupid. That by itself is reason enough for me to get one.

I have a 93 Accord with about a 2.5" drop. I definitely had to install a camber kit. I made the mistake and purchased one from ebay too and it did the same thing to me. My control arm started moving on me. Skunk2 makes a camber kit for this car. It costs considerably more than the ebay one but it definitely makes all the difference. I also would recommend having the car aligned after the install. Before the install the inside of my tires were waring out considerably. It took a while but costly in tires like every year. After the install I could buy new tires and they last as long as they are supposed to.

Its pretty much a given u have to get an alignment after installing the kit. When u take all that shit apart to put the kit on and then throw it all back together your shit is gonna be out of wack. Some people say they can eyeball it but that a bunch of bullshit.

You HAVE to get it aligned after installing a camber kit. (I didn't realign when mine broke... my tires lasted another 4k miles before they were showing belts.)

I would stay away from Skunk2. Their other suspension components for our cars are garbage (their shocks aren't even matched properly to their springs), so I don't know that I'd trust a camber kit. They make higher quality parts than basic ebay crap... but the other options discussed above are better, IMO.

I didn't mind the Skunk2 kit. I never tried anything else from them yet though. I did try a set of their lowering sleeves. I have to say, the sleeves I bought from eBay had a better ride then them. I still ride the eBay special springs on a set of custom made sleeves and I only complain when my wife is in the car. LOL. Just get a good quality camber kit and you'll be just fine. I definitely vote for getting one installed. Don't opt out.

I'm actually looking at buying a camber kit for the coupe. I'm looking at the Ingalls and SPC's.
