Its what u prefer. I personly like the f22a1 the best due to the head is the best flowing head honda has ever made, and with a bit of money can be one of the strongest and best motors u can have. I like the h22 due to the power it has stock and the aftermarket fallowing it has.

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I agree with deev for a change. You really can't judge a Single jingle to a DOHC.As For F22A vs F22B both have there goods an bads, but one thing is for sure compared to some other SOHC's from honda an other imports makers along the lines of 2.0L+ id have to say both heads flowing wise are better than most around there Gen of time an some still to this day.The F was ment to pull these honda boats around an they do there job quite well.Honda probably never thought people would try an actually build theses engines at all, but they are a decent platform considering.I've always loved a SOHC ive had the monster d15b6(62hp woot!) an built a few D's an two F's nothing crazy a few LS contenders, but they are cheap an can be found with ease.As for DOHC take alot of money to be up to par with a DOHC with a single. An you def can not compare SOHC's vtec to DOHC vtec there is a reason for this Eco vs performance. If you want to get around town quick SOHC is just fine if you want to get around quicker DOHC it is.

The F20A SOHC were did this engine originate from? and does it even match up to the f22a or h22A i never hear any one talk about this engine other than the DOHC version but never SOHC F20A.All the info I got on it was shady including from this site its always a bunch of different specs that dont match up or people mistake it for the DOHC version. I am torn between getting a H22 or maxing out my F20A with H22A heads.Last edited by I-Deal214; 06-21-2011, 03:49 PM.http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=177927 <MY BUILD PROGReSS

Search for "hybrid", "frankenstein", "g22", and "g23" (I hate those last two idiotic terms...) You will find dozens of threads... most of which contain rants by me.
Thanks and ill look it up.http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=177927 <MY BUILD PROGReSS
