ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

The headlights and grille won't match up properly if you mix. Ideally, you should have the headlights and grille from a 92-93 as well.

        ...

so If I put a 92+ bumper on I will have to change my lights and grill?will the corner lights match up or will I have to change them as well?If they don't dose that mean I will have to change my fenders?

Get 92/93 headlights and corner lights. The 90/91 and 92/93 lights (head and corner) are curved slightly different. Not very noticeable until you have 92/93 headlights with 90/91 corner lights and vice versa.

          90-93 fenders are the same.

cb7_tillidie did you swap everything you needed to? I would be doing this on a 91Se I picked up the other day and it has hit something and it was not fixed right. The bumper it has is kinda messed up and the head light mounting brackets broke and they never fixed it so I will be replacing them anyway.

headlights and front bumper thats it. but i have 92 to 93 corner lights on a 90 to 91 bumper and headlights so some gaps there and when i tried to use a 92 grille it left a gap at the top.

hey i used a 90-91` grille on my 93 and i used the 90-91 corner lights as well. Got into an accident with someone without insurence, with a decked out "300." Go figure.... anyway there are some gaps and what not. The grille also needs to be cut or shaved down to fit with my 93 headlights. Other than that it looks decent. but when i did the swap everything matched up without cutting or bending so you should be good, beside the grille.

                      Update

                      Thanks for the help.
                      Here is what I did!
I have a friend who has a 92lx and he had the cool ebay black housing headlight with the matching corners so I traded him $30 plus my old lights(the mounting brackets are messed up)and I switched his dash over to leds. So I think I got a good deal now all I need is the bumper

The bumper fits fine. The front End Is clean and the lights look sick.I don't have any gaps my bumper is kinda messed up (the lower grill in it kinda messed up and some paint is chipped off).I haven't posted any pix of my se or project ex so I will post some soon but It wont be for a day or two because I am doing some exhaust work on the Se so its on jack stands but when I have it down I will post some pix in this thread.

DEPH1- It takes alot of time and a little know how to work all of the gaps out and make everything even but I was able to and it looks really good.

so is it possible to revert to a 92 93 to a 90 91??? im looking to get an EX and i have more luck finding the 9293's and i love the 9091 to cross them back...so all i will need to change is my front headlights grill and bumper cover with the corners and for the rear just the trunk and lights?
