ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

If you are lowered an adjust upper balljoint from a reputable brand like SPC should be perfect.

You can replace the lower ball joint by itself. Honda parts are about $25 each... affordable, so there's no need to go with anyone else for such an important part.
If you have a quality camber kit now (I assume the anchor bolt style) then you do not need an adjustable ball joint. However, if you have some cheapie $50 camber kit from ebay, get rid of it now!
I suggest going with the TASauto adjustable upper control arm kit. It has an Ingalls adjustable ball joint, urethane bushings, and brand new everything else.
I do not suggest attempting to replace the ball joint on the upper control arm. The joint is not designed to be removed. You can't even buy that ball joint separately from the control arm from Honda, if memory serves me right!

If you have a quality camber kit (SPC or Ingalls are all I consider "good"... with the exception of the non-adjustable Progress kit) then get replacement upper control arms with ball joints from Honda, plus lower ball joints (also from Honda). Unless you're looking for performance beyond stock. ALWAYS get Honda parts. They are better than any aftermarket part you'll find.

I prefer MOOG ball joints. Their not cheap but I've never had one ever wear out on me and their construction is very solid. They also make camber kits for the upper control arm.
When I did mine I bought inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower ball joints and camber kits for both sides and it was around 700 in parts with a life time warranty.Been a long time. Still alive...

Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!
Retro!
