    rear camber kit...what to do....

So im lookin at rear camber kits to tuck my rear wheels in because I have offset wheels but they aren't tucking. I found a set of megan racing rears for 105 shipped but can get cheapies for about 40. Is there that big of a difference or am I safe to use the cheap ones??

    Megan Racing ARE cheapies.

So you're actually looking to ADD negative camber to your rear wheels?

Yes I want to add negative camber, I boought the offset wheels so they would tuck. I don't care about tire wear so that's not an issue. Its as low as the coilovers will allow but its not tucking and honestly isn't that low. Ill post pic.

And I have no clue what hellaflush is so no, not following anyones fad, doing what I like, which is the whole point of building your own car.

You're more along the popular VW style of low offset wheels and crazy negative camber...

Adding negative camber to the rear is something people around here rarely do. Lowering the car adds negative camber, but to add further in the rear... I'm not even sure the current arms on the market will do that.

I would get no less than the Megan Racing parts and try that... and if you can find a higher quality brand, get that. Cheap suspension components can (and often will) break. When that happens, you lose control. Your car is pretty nice... I'd hate to see it meet a wall!

If that isn't low enough, I don't know what is ...

And I'll be stepping ouuta this thread right now lol.
I'm not gonna support smeone who wants to kill himself.

As Deev has mentioned, we here at CB7T (for the most part) aren't into neg camber.
Tuning and restoration, along with quality is what we're all about.

There's a limit to what these cars (or any car for that matter) can handle.

Deev as he will tell you himself, was lucky to walk away from a terrible accident.
Cheap suspensions made just for looks, should be just that .. and not for driving.

Not trying to be a dick, just think about this.

I know what u guys are thinking. I don't want a stupid offset that looks like the car is riding on the very edge of the wheel lol. I just need enough negative so my wheels don't rub the fender wells when I smack a bump and im only about a degree off. Im buying energy suspension master kit today to replace all my worn bushings. And I think ima try a wicked tuning camber kit because I had one on my da and it was really nice.

I never heard of that one.

Just keep an eye on the inside of your tires. Remember, when the insides wear out, the tires are done, no matter how much tread they have left on the middle and outside.

Another thing you could do is roll your fenders, or even have them flared. Rolling is cheap. Flaring is not... but could look really cool if done right.

To the OP, your gonna need a lot more low to tuck those wheels.
It will give more camber as well but idk about enough to make it flush.
To get more camber, I THINK I read on here that the fnf lower control arms add a little bit
Or cd5 control arms I'm not positive
Beware it will run your tirewear up BUT you can always flip the tire and use the other side if its not too bald
I flip my tires once about 2 months depending on driving but after the second flip the turn into racin slicks haha

Camber is positive or negative. "getting more camber" makes no sense.
