you should check your local jy for a good rad, or if not you should check the classifieds here and if all else fails just check ebay. shipping is usually manageable on ebay

As for the belt in question for the AC delete - just get one w/o Ac, it will work fine.

1. The pulley UNDER the alternator is the A/C Compressor Clutch. It is an electronic clutch that runs the A/C Compressor with A/C ON.

So the A/C compressor clutch is the pulley and the actual unit is the A/C compressor?

Sadly I have no knowledge of just pulling parts off a car, I have to get a shop to do this which isn't that swell.

Oh yeah js593 it doesn't get THAT hot here, that's extreme. But all I'd do is go faster and roll down the windows. That's what I did last summer.
