Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

    clutch pedel lost pressure

yesterday morning i went to my car to start it up and my pedal just slammed on the floor. today i tried bleeding it with the plastic hose on the bleeder but no luck. the weird thing is that now fluid wont come out of the bleeder even though the reservoir is full.
    any ideas guys?
*prior to this my clutch was working fine
**also i had my slave cylinder replace about 8 months ago and replaced oem clutch a year ago with and exedy oem idk if that matters or not.

Either there is an airlock in the line, or the master cylinder is gone.
Was the fluid level low when you checked it?

I am also having the same exact issue. I finished replacing my slave cyl just now, bleeder has no clog, reservoir full, and still no pressure :-(

is there anything else that could electronically cut clutch pressure off? I removed an old alarm this weekend but could that possibly effect the actual pressure? the car still starts...

from the other thread, I am going to try this rite now, wish me luck:

When I bleed my Clutch, I place a vacuum line over the bleeder on the slave cylinder and run it into a clear container. Before you begin, check the fluid level and fill as needed. Take your 8mm wrench and open the bleeder, go into the cabin & press the clutch all the way down to the floor.

Then you have to go back out to the slave cylinder and tighten the bleeder, go back into the cabin and pull the clutch pedal up. That would be one time only and I usually do this about 40 times and my clutch is perfect.

I know, it's a lot, but that's what needs to be done when there is no one around to help!
I think we may just have alot of air in the system, it could have been low in the first place

if there is an airlock in the line what can be done to fix that.
and the fluid was not to low (a bit above the low line to be exact) i have searched and do not see any leaks.

if it is just a lot of air in the system does that mean that if i just keep pumping the pedal i will get pressure eventually?

you pretty much have to pump till your arm falls off.

I gave up around 20 pumps yesterday cuz i had to go to work. Turns out it was my last day cuz i got laid off

I am determined to get the air out if it kills me! I'll keep yall posted so u know what happens. If I don't feel some kind of pressure @ 60-70 pumps im gonna call it quits and just tow it.

Sorry to hear about the layoff but 20 pumps will not cut it.

i had this issue and , to fix mine when i looked under the clutch pedal there was fluid there meaning the master took a shit, if there are any air leaks in the master it will not bleed, i replaced it and all was fine. hope that helps

                            reverse bleeding?

ok i have been pumping the pedal and bleeding and no luck fluid still wont come out of the bleeder... i have searched and read where some people reverse bleed where the force fluid through the bleeder and expelling the air through the reservoir. has anyone tried this and if so do i need to use pressure while preforming this or can i just use an and ordinary oil pump of some sort? (one that is not contaminated with oil of course***)

***Edit... never mind guys i found a thread on here explaining how to go forth with this process i will try it tomorrow.

Just had this happen to me.
I changed the clutch slave cylinder and went through the bleeding process, worked perfect. $10 at autozone.
