Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Wheel weights can fall off, even if an alignment was just completed; it is not unheard of. See if your driver side wheel is missing any weights. If so, the tire place will usually replace it free-of-charge.1997 Honda Accord EX-V6:

try getting them rebalanced
go some were else and get it done
and how bad is it shaking on a scale of 1-10
my moms 07 civic had a problem similar to that when she was on the high way it would shake, but it turned out to be the rotors and a miss alignment-----------------------------------------------

One other problem can be your tie rods or your lower control arms. The lower control arms in my old EG were so shot, it would shake at every chance it could get. Raise the front of your car, and push/pull your wheel left/right. If it wiggles, it could just be your tie rods. If the shake is real bad though, it could possibly be your lower control arms. Just another thing you can look into.

I just checked out an Acura Legend with a similar problem. The guy had the axles changed and it went away. Six months later he was asking me to check it out for a side to side wobble at lower speeds, he had been dealing with a freeway shake before the axles were changed. I had hiim re-balance the new tires he had put on, but, the shake continued. I did a more thorough inspection of the replacement axles and found that the right side axle had some abnormal looseness at the outboard joint. He took it back to the shop and they replaced the right side axle under warranty. Problem solved! Don't think that just because an axle has been changed already that they can't go bad again, especially if they were rebuilt and not new. I suggest putting new ones nowadays because the prices have dropped into the realm of reality. Check the shafts again.

It is very possible to install an axle improperly. The rings need to snap into place. People have installed axles without making sure they're snapped into place, and managed to put everything back together again... only to experience a shake. That would be the first thing I'd look for, if you're SURE your wheels are balanced (just having weights means nothing... if a weight or two fell off, it will make a drastic difference at speed.)

Does your steering wheel shake when you apply the breaks at freeway speed?
If so, it could be your rotors, at least that was my experience.
I would get a shake between 65 and 70, but that's it, until I applied the brakes and it would shake the steering wheel out of my hand.
I know you said nothing about steering wheel shake but thought I might just add my circumstance. My YouTube channel
