ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Try hitting up the wreck yards find an 90-93 accord remove shouldn't be so hard or cost as much, in fact how bad is it bent?

Go to the junker bro.... Best place to fing it would probably be there.

Not sure if a lude one would work without slight modifying if that?

If the removable subframe is bent, the full frame is most likely bent. I would take it to a shop that knows how to assess and correct that. It's most likely beyond your abilities. I know it'd be beyond mine.

Yup, take it to a dealer or shop. (I picked a dealer) I hit a curb going about 20 and it jacked up literally everything on the driver's side suspension. I'm talking broken subframe weld, bent inner and outer tie-rod ends, both control arms, steering knuckle, wheel bearing I'm sure got messed up. Also messed up caliper and brake lines. Possibly the radius arm and bushings. I never would have guessed anything besides the control arms if I didn't take it to a dealer. Don't be afraid of the quote for the whole procedure (mine as $4k) Just use that as a parts list. Now you might have to pay around $50-$70 for the inspection, but getting that solid list of parts is worth it plus knowing it didn't bend the frame.

thanks for the suggestions guys...but i changed everything out...new strut rod, lower control arm, upper control arm, and the whole kuckle to 5 lug.

the shock tower was damaged but i already fixed that and welded it all up...im absolutely certain if the change the subframe it will fix the problem..it just seems to be bent where the lower control arm bolts up

Frame puller ftw local body shop should be able to help you out.Atleast tell you all thats wrong.Theres many many measurements used to find out whats wrong and if your out more than .3mm then it will have to be pulled in most cases.Went to college for all of this back in 08 and it doesnt take much at all to get everything out of wack.

My subframe is bent in the same way, where the lower control arm bolts up. I just got one from a pick and pull for $16. Now it's just getting it on there
