Alright guys, well a few days ago a bolt holding the turbo to the exhaust manifold broke and part of it is stuck in the turbo. i was able to get the manifold out so i can work on it, well it started off bad and just got worse. We tried to use a reverse bit to get it out, snapped that in there cause it wont budge at all. now i need some advice on how to get it off. Maybe some methods or tricks to try getting it off. any help would be great thanks.

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Wow, that really sucks! My thought would be the plasma cutter as well because there is no way you are going to be able to drill into that reverse threaded bit unless you get some super-duper drill bit...and I wouldn't know where to get one of those (might want to ask google). Otherwise, it MIGHT just be easiest to replace the head. I know that's not really all that easy, but I know it would work.

its not in the head, it broke in the turbo housing. tried the reverse bit remover thats what broke and theres no way to get it out. ill try heating it first then another reverse bit. if not ill probably drill it all out and rethread it again then find a new bolt and redrill the manifold hole.

The coolest part about tempered bits like easy outs and screw removers is the metal seems to liquefy much faster the harder or higher grade it is, I broke a grade 8 bolt off in the knuckle of my truck and after I drilled a hole all the way through, I broke the easy out off in it, and it pretty much fill the hole, couple quick passes with a cutting torch and the only thing that melted was the easy out! I suppose every scenario is different but this has worked every time for me, so at least you have a small hole to work with again. Heat and Cold are the strongest tools you'll ever have!
