ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

It all depends on your power goals and what you want to do with the car...strip/street/track?? There are many options available, but to determine what is best is hard without knowing what you want and how much $$ you have

F trannys on an h are *** for a few reasons. The cogs are too tall, The gearing doesnt match up with the powerband of the H, youll fall out of VTEC between shifts....ETC.

M2Y4, M2A4 or M2F4... F4 has a shorter fifth gear.. Not as highway friendly. At 300 WHP you wont need t worry about gears, as you wont break anything.

If it were me id rock the F4, The shorter gearing relaly helps the heavy Accords get out and do work. You can always make VTEC load dependant in the tuning software anyways so youre out of VTEC at highway cruise.... (not that you would be anyways, 4K cruise is nothing for an H)

M2B4 (LSD) is nice but not neccessary and hard to find parts for if you F the diff up. I have a M2A4 with OBX diff I want 650 for. LMK

My race box with OBX diff has seen over 650WHP for over 2.5 years and still strong (with forged gearset of course).

Well I am doing a full build on a h22a and turbo setup and hope to push at least 450hp if not more. Money is not a big deal it is just I would rather not have to fabricate a whole gear set. I am going to use it as a street car but not a daily driver, just for some weekend fun.

I would recommend looking at MFactory for your transmissions for a high hp h series.
