so i swapped my first axle(drivers) today...now something is jerking violently on the passenger side, i know my mount is screwed, a chunk of the tranny case is missing where the two forward mount bolts go, only one is holding it in at the moment, but it is intact. i noticed grease on my pass. side boot, which was not there before, pass. side wasnt worked on. drivers side SEEMS to b okay. but when the jerking started, i put it in neutral, it continued jerking...shut it down...wouldnt even turn over after that...i got it pulled home, she jerked even then..my gf says the passenger front wheel was shuddering, shaking if you will..while i dont know whats wrong, could have even been an error on my side with the axle installation...could just be a bad axle, but something definitely seems to be effected within the transmission as the car isnt turning over now, and the starter is mounted in the tranny. but of course, a new tranny with a completely intact casing, new mounts, new axles, everything between the tranny and knuckles should solve the problem. i want advice on replacing upgrading these items. enginewise, my mods will be limited to a Bisi Stg2 cam & gear, valvetrain, and headwork with i/h/e...until i get a hondata to tune that to its full potential. as for my transaxle work, a rotor-over-hub i think should take care of everything on my brakes side, wheel studs, wheel bearings etc, in one shot..also new OEM axles or Stg1 upgraded axles, intermediate shaft if necessary...as for the tranny, a built one with strengthened internals would be best in terms of longevity, a built F22 tranny(sorry i havent memorized the code yet, MB24 or something close to it, maybe not) would probably cost a bit less than a built H22, not sure about a H23 one. But if i were just getting a OEM, is the H23 tranny stronger than the F22? I dont really care for the short gears, i mean civics cant catch me in fourth..but i do live on a 84sq mile island highways arent that long...only two lanes...so the longer geared F22 is no problem to me...i dont really wanna spend for a H22 tranny not to mention shorter gears i dont care for..before i even ask about a F23 tranny ill search it up..just wanna know if a H23 tranny is stronger than a F22..

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
