Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Hey, guys i have another problem. i was driving and i seen my check engine oil light start blinking. i pulled over ASAP and checked my oil level and it was little lower than full. Now everytime i start my car the light comes on. i checked for leaks, pressure and it was fine. is this common in h22?

if you checked the oil press and it was good , change the oil press sending unit .....

Likely a bad oil pressure sending unit or just a faulty connection to the sending unit, since you say you've tested the pressure with a gauge. Or you're losing a lot of oil out the crankshaft seal but you would have noticed that I'm sure.

Is it your check engine light, or your oil light? It makes a difference, and your're not being very clear.

FYI that is a low oil pressure indicator, not a check oil light. Although I guess if you are thinking really broadly you could also consider it a check oil light or a "something's up with the oil" light, if you are a person who thinks of checking both the oil level and the oil pressure.

you are saying it only blinks when you are moving forward but not at stationary idle, right? I'm guessing it's blinking because of road vibration and a faulty electrical connection to the oil pressure sending unit. How about if the car is stationary and you are in neutral and you bring the rpms up to say 2000 or 3000?
