ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Just the Vigor/TL, which was the Inspire in the Japan.
The H/F hybrid/frankenstein motor is an idiotic idea... not a cheap H22, not a performance upgrade to the F22... just stupid, uness the person building it has a full understanding of what he is doing, and a reason for it... OR, the person doing it just wants to try something new (which this hybrid is not), and doesn't care if he blows something up (which he very likely will).

No insults intended... you're just talking about an engine that doesn't exist. If you want help, it's best to let us know what you're working with.
They're turbo cams. They're made by a good company. YOU decide if they're right for your setup... because there are many other factors involved besides the cams. Everything works together.

There's really no need to upgrade the crank. Forged pistons and rods are definitely a good idea. Just get a quality parts... no cheap stuff, or you'll run an increased risk of breaking something.
The turbo cams are most certainly good, but do you need them for your goals? Your 440cc injectors are going to be maxed out pretty soon. The MSD ignition upgrades are pretty useless, as the stock igniton system is just fine, even up to 500hp or so.
You have the general idea right when it comes to the build, but there's no coherent plan evident in your selection of parts. It is important to make a plan, and buy the proper parts to achieve your goals... not just slapping whatever parts you come across on there. A good turbo setup, proper ECU tune, proper fueling, and forged internals (even on stock sleeves) can make well over 300whp even with a bone stock head. More than 300whp, and you're looking at some serious traction issues if it's a daily driver.
