car dies when i brake hard

ok so ive been noticing for the past month now everytime i step on my break hard the car feels like its gonna turn off(200rpm) or it does turn off i recently replaced my fuel filter , flushed the fuel system, changed the fuel pump, and the master cylinder im stuck and have no idea what would cause this i did some research and didnt find anything hopefully one of u can help

its a 90 dx 140000 miles auto

Check your grounds and battery connections. If something is loose or broken, the shift in weight when braking might cause that to happen. I had a snapped fender ground cause problems once... I don't recall it ever shutting the car off, but it certainly messed with the electronics.

ok you can try the ignition control module it is a chip inside the distibutor, its about $65 at auto zone, napa, carquest. oriles, also i stumbles across something wile searching for info on my car, you can check your altinator, check the belts like serpetine belt and the other exterior belt, make sure it has the right amount of tension on the belt, too much will hurt, and too little will cause it to die at low rpm like when you break, rember this 90% of things that go wrong on a car are minor, but neglecting them is what cause major problems,

im thinkin the belt is to tight but not sure when im driving the car theres a humming noise kinda like the one that would come from the speakers when u run the power n rca together but its coming from the engine bay

so i noticed that my car was at like 1/4 of a tank and i filled it up and now that its about a 1/4 already its starting to turn off on me again could it be a weak fuel pump?

Are you saying that this problem doesn't occur if you have like 1/2 full tank of gas ? But, when it gits down to 1/4 full you begin having the problem.

common issues with lexus and thier idle air controls. clean the throttle body and iacv and see if it keeps occuring.

you might have a bad brake booster ,it might be pulling to much vacume from the motor ,causing the idle to drop to much....
