ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Could be the axles, what brand are they? I got the same kind of wobble after replacing an axle with a rebuilt one from advance auto.

You can check your pressure plate for warpage using a straight edge and a feeler guage. To inspect your flywheel, you'll need a dial indicator.

Does the shaking happen after the clutch is fully engaged, or only while it is engaging? Have you tried taking off in 2nd gear? Try changing your tranny fluid if you have not done so already.

The Original Axles Had Been Rebuilt, Tranny Fluid Is New.... Car Was Doing All The Shaking Even Before I Replace All The Parts on the List
the Shaking Only Happens When I'm Engaging About 2 inches away From The Floor
I Have to start Moving at 2500 RPM in order to Skip all the vibration

Did you properly break in the clutch? And did you replace or resurface the flywheel before installing it?

                      I assume that's a no.

Smooth shifting, no launching, not revving above 4000rpm... A clutch is like a brake pad, and it requires a similar break-in period, or else your pressure plate and flywheel may become warped, and the friction surfaces may become glazed. Just like damaged brakes, it won't catch properly, and it will cause vibrations.

If you aren't experiencing problems, then you got lucky. If you experience vibrations, slipping, or any other issues... you're going to have to replace it all.

I've read stories of many people that swapped in a clutch, and went drag racing right away... they said it was fine. Personally, I wouldn't take that risk.

                              thanks for fast reply.

actually i face some knocking on my 1st and 2nd gear...maybe my tranny got problem.i guess.and kind of hard to change gear.so i decided to replace all the component that includes pressure plate, clutch disc, bearing.

after replace them,i feel more smoother in gear changing, lighter clutch pedal feel, and the knocking has reduces.i was kind of happy actually at that moment.but the problem come back after around 2-3weeks till now,i feel not pleasure to drive it sometime, especially slow cruising.
