Which brand axle do you use?

ok, so wat can be done in order to prevent premature wear.

axles are going to wear no matter what, i say just drive the car, dont neutral bomb or drop the clutch all the time and replace them when they start clickity clackin.

i have empi axles sitting across the room that i have yet to install. as turbo90accord said they're brand new and stronger than oem. i've heard nothing but good things about them. i got mine from autopartswarehouse.com.

When you say stronger, do you mean the boots on the axle or the actual axle itself? It's the boots that keep breaking causing joint damage.

from what i've been told the axles themselves are a little stronger but the boots also feel a bit thicker than my autozone remanufactured axles

Thing is, when they go bad? R u suppose 2 ship it back to them?

U may have 2 pay for shippin, then on top of that ull b without a axle for a day or 3.

when they go bad, they go bad. you have to buy new ones unless they fall under the warranty deadlines. except empi axles are new and not re-manufactured so i doubt they'd go bad any time near as soon as some axles you would get from autozone.

CarQuest axles are A1-Cardone axles and they are great. Also EMPI axles are good and they are brand new and very sturdy
