My exhaust system is falling apart, so now I'm going to upgrade. My question is can I get a full exhaust system that bolts right up? Was thinking of going with greddy sp2 or megan. Positive and negative feedback. My price range is 3 to 400 dollars... Thanks

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Are you doing a header?Or just cat back.....I know you were asking for a positive or negative feedback.Sorry....Greddy is good and you know it...But why not get a muffler and go to a local exhaust shop and get a 2.5 exhaust made up....Take the cat out unless the shop you go to wont and you have emmisions...What motor do have? You can get a aftermarket header and really open it up or find a f22a6 header from a f22a6 and do it that way.....But all an all if your trying to just do a cat back,Buy a muffler and get the shop to put the pipping on....You will save money and you can get the header........BUT if you want to get one or the other that you were asking about get the greddy...All my friends have it and it sounds good and performs well...So positive on the greddyLast edited by WhiteGhost; 06-01-2010, 12:08 AM.Only give advice when I know or have done it and it worked

400$ seems a little low for greddy or megan.. my cat back was 630$ alone.. my advice would be to look around very well before you buy... good luck

if it's just a catback setup you're after go with a custom bent 2.25" setup from an exhaust shop if you can. honestly, sometimes that's the best way to go personally i think 2.5" is a little big for mainly stock n/a, and going through them if there's one around or near you might save you some decent change. as for the header, well any one will do; megan makes a fine one, can't be more than $160?
life is good.

your car, your call man i've seen all kinds of great exhaust setups from ebay no-name ones that surprised me with their tone and my fav the budclub spec exhausts aka no exhaust..love those things. if you wanna save money, go with just a JVT 2.5" for now. they can be found on ebay motors. around $200 or so? and they look just fine in terms of quality to me
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JVT-C...ht_3103wt_1080
^nvm they were cheaper than 200 lol
or, a megan setup. they're not much more than 300 smackaroos.
